  All UK orders are sent via Standard Tracked Delivery and typically arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch. We process orders within 1–3 business days.
• Is delivery really free?
  Yes! We offer free tracked delivery on every UK order — no minimum spend required. You can also upgrade to Priority Processing & Insured Shipping for just £2.99 at checkout.
• Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands?
  Absolutely. We deliver UK-wide with no surcharges, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands.
• How do I track my order?
  Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel anytime using our order tracking page at /tools/trackorder.
• My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
  If your order hasn't arrived within 16 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@petomeo.co.uk and we'll investigate immediately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• What is your return policy?
  We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• How do I start a return?
  Simply email us at support@petomeo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
• When will I receive my refund?
  Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
• Are there any items I can't return?
  For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grooming products, used feeding accessories, custom or personalised items, sale items, or gift cards.
