SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Times & Costs
To keep things simple and transparent for our UK customers, we offer straightforward shipping options:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (7–12 Business Days): FREE on all orders.

  • Priority Processing & Insured Shipping: £2.99 (Jumps your order to the front of the queue and covers full replacement if lost in transit).

Order Processing
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, pack, and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Multiple Packages
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, if you order multiple different products, they may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages.

Regional Deliveries
We deliver to the entire United Kingdom. Because we use standard national couriers once the item arrives in the UK, we do not charge extra surcharges for Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands!

Important Delivery Notice

At Petomeo, we work hard to ensure every order reaches you within the stated timeframe. However, please be aware of the following:

Whilst we always strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, factors outside of our control may cause delays, including but not limited to:

  • International customs processing and inspections
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural events
  • Courier and carrier delays
  • Peak holiday and seasonal demand periods
  • Global supply chain disruptions

In such cases we kindly ask for your patience. We assure you that your order is on its way and we will do everything in our power to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.

If your order has not arrived within 16 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@petomeo.co.uk and we will investigate immediately and offer a full resolution including replacement or refund where applicable.

By placing an order with Petomeo you acknowledge and agree that delivery timeframes are estimates and that Petomeo shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
